Add Your Links
We here at the Irish Archives are most proud of one particular feature and that is giving you the reader, the researcher, the budding genealogist, the chance to shape this website and watch it grow by adding your very own links related to Ireland's history. If you are aware of an article or a webpage of interest - even if the website is owned by you alone - then you may add a link to our database. Sounds simple, right? That's because it is.
All you need provide is the title of the page and then the URL, e.g. "Daniel's Genealogy Homepage" and "http://www.daniellovesgenealoy.ie/". You can go one step further and write a description for the page, which we will use word for word, and then pinpoint the categories and counties the page is likely to fall into, but we can do this for you if it''ll save you time. We expect all links to be accepted into our database unless they are duplicate links of pages already within the database.
Why add your website?
- Aids fellow researchers
- Works as wonderful advertising for your own website
- Allows you to become part of something
Remember, the Irish Archives is a comprehensive list of links, based purely on the history of the island of Ireland and the Irish people, categorised and tagged to kindly guide you and your genealogical research. And now, go forth and add some links.
